Origin: Turkey
Qualities: mulberries contain high amounts of Vitamin C, dietary fiber, calcium, iron, and protein as well as anthocyanins, a group of antioxidants known for their anti-inflammatory and possible anti-cancer properties.
Common Use: These berries are crunchy, chewy and have a sweet caramel like flavour. Some uses include baking, smoothies, granola, and in trail mixes.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark place in a well sealed container.
